Prince Rupert Cruise Port offers Guest Information Services where you can find all the information you need about the City of Prince Rupert. The Guest Information Center (GIC) kiosk is located in the Atlin Market Building in the Cow Bay Retail Area, just steps away from the terminal building. Prince Rupert also offers a small Guest Information Kiosk directly outside of the terminal to support guests in navigating Prince Rupert.

The GIC can offer information about the different activities available in Prince Rupert so you can experience the best the community has to offer. GIC staff can also provide information about local services, in addition to maps, brochures, and informative books about the Prince Rupert area.
