Exchamsiks River Provincial Park is a provincial park in British Columbia, Canada, located on the northern side of the Skeena River between Terrace and Prince Rupert in the Range 5 Coast Land District. The park’s chief conservation role focuses on protecting one of the last known unlogged old-growth maritime coastal Sitka spruce-salmonberry ecosystems.
The majority of the park’s paths are simple to follow and don’t require any special knowledge. Fishermen can go for salmon in some spots along the park’s two rivers. There are two day-use areas in the park. The first one offers a year-round boat launch area and is located on the west side of the Exchamsiks. The other is on the east side of the Exchamsiks and is mainly made up of pathways that crisscross the forest. The Exchamsiks River Provincial Park forbids camping.
